Adobe Character Moves Up When Walking - Walking On Air

I am very new to Adobe Character Animator and am trying to create a Pilot Episode.

 

My Character moves up when walking, it's as if he is walking on air.  I think it is something with my rigging but don't see anything that sticks out.  Can you help?

Are you using the walk behavior or are you using one of the motions from the Motion Library? Have you tried pinning the feet to the ground?
