Adobe Draw to PS to Character animator

Hello guys. I've had this program for over a year taking things in slowly but I get discourage at times because I'm not well versed in Photoshop.

I draw my character on my iPad pro and then send files to Photoshop.

I'm having issues trying to merge my drawing files with CC blank face then sending it back to CC. 

I try to drag it over to the next tab but it won't let me

Is it proper to use this method?
