Adobe media encoder error

Hi adobe community, i am facing an issue while exporting project from character animator to adobe media encoder. It opens a dialogbox that states adobe media encoder cannot opened.

Sorry to hear the problem.

I'd like to ask some question so that I can try to repeat your problem here.

Q1) What is OS version and app versions (CH and AME version)?

Q2) What did the error message say? Can you take a screenshot of this error and post here?

Q3) Can you launch AME from Finder/Desktop?

Q4) And can you try to export to AME from CH, while AME is running?
