AE 22.1.1 hangs when importing any CA 22.1.1 project via Dynamic Link

That's it. Doesn't work. Multiple CA projects, new, old, 2021 versions, 2022 versions, etc. Character builder projects. Stuff I've built with AI or PSDs. Everything. Nothing works.

Stuff works great within CA. Can export as rendered file from CA as a workaround, but, dynamic link is a thing that we pay for, right?

Fresh install of AE, CA, and Media Encoder on Windows 10.0.19042 Build 19042. Caches cleared. Restarted multiple times. Blah, blah, blah.
