Android tablet as midi controller?

Hi there. Just wondering if there is any step by step guides or easy ways to try and use my android tablet as a midi controller over WiFi or usb, to my windows pc, to then control triggers on character animator?

Ah thank you. 

Turns out that software has been taken offline sadly. However, did make me think and research more about it after. I've installed an android app called DJ pads with usb plugged in works good enough for me!
