another project another round of errors

I swear I just can't get through a project without this program giving me fits.

I'll I did was start a new project...load two new characters and of course AFTER I rig them completely I try to save them and this is what I get...can't do anything now.

Do you have cloud synchronization software on the file system? (One Drive, Adobe cloud, etc.) That often causes me problems due to exclusive file locking. But beyond that sounds like a job for Adobe staff... you can try the Support contacts rather than the community forums for that if they don;t jump on here...
