Any idea what AI Channel is? Any idea how this Animation is made ?

During youtube scrolling I came across this video and found it very interesting.

While it was clear the characters looked very much AI created, I couldn't figure out if this was just some quick AI creation.  Does anyone has any idea as to how it's made? WHich softwares used. If at all taken help from some AI, which one exactly etc.

Judging by the way the hands sporadically switch between 3 and 4 fingers, my bet is on some generative AI behind it (definitely doesn't read like a Ch thing in general and it'd take special effort to make the hands look that weird).

Probably not Character Animator, since there does not appear to be any lip synchronization. I am aware that there are options for creating animations using AI, but I couldn't tell you what they are.
