arm mesh has a handle tagged as draggable separate from handles tagged as wrist or shoulder

Hi. I've trying to fix the errors i get on CA but I keep getting an error that says "Arm mesh has a handle tagged as draggable separate from handles tagged as wrist or shoulder". I send the screenshot of the body of my puppet. Can someone help me fix this please?

The warning is saying that under your "Right arm" layer, you should only tag "Draggable" to your right wrist handle for the IK to work. You do not want to tag "Draggable" on elbows or any arbitrary handles you place on the arm layer unless you want to turn off IK and take full control over the arms.

It would probably go quicker if we could examine the puppet, but I can't see how you have the arms rigged, so I can't see what's missing. Also, what is layer 22?
