ARMA 3 and Character Animator - Making new Animations

Hey guys, im simply looking for a quick and easy way to animate the arma 3 character (Rig) model with new animations that can be exported and work with arma 3. i know absolutely nothing in this field.

Hopefully via Adobe Character Animator, as i believe its probably easier to do.
