audio is gone

what happened?? how can i fix it?

Is the symptom seen only in Adobe CharacterAnimator?

Does any other software that handles audio have a problem?
Does Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe Audition play sound without problems?
If the symptoms are the same in other software, then I would guess that the problem is not with the software, but with the OS  sound device system.

Also in Audition exactly the same. so what should i do?

If the cause is due to the OS audio sound driver, it is difficult to identify a solution.

Generally, you can reinstall the sound driver.
A Google search will give you a hint on how to reinstall.
