Question

Audio Level Too Low doesn't record anything

Hello
I have a problem with Adobe Character Animate.
I was making a character in Adobe Character Animate great and my camera and my microphone worked perfectly, and my record was good. Suddenly I saw the Audio Level Too Low doesn't record anything, and my lip-sync doesn't move in my character face.
The icon for the camera and microphone is blue and I checked the control panel to make sure that they are working perfectly.
I would be happy to help me.

Thank you

Adobe has their own audio controls, so also check the Preferences / Audio Hardware settings. Is it using the microphone you want it to? This is not the same as the OS default microphone - you have to set it separately. Maybe it changed somehow? (Shrug.)

Hi Asma. From your request there is not much information to go on. However my first investigation would be to check my system components. I don't know what OS you are using, but there is a way to verify correct operation of the microphone.

My next step would be to create a new CH project and import the puppet to see if the microphone worked. I have noticed some wierd hangups in the product. It is an extremely complex piece of S/W and I for one do not expect perfection this early in development.

Other than that . . . I would get a cup of coffee and think about things.
