Auto Swap and Triggers in same puppet

Is it possible to have both auto swap and triggers function in a single puppet?

As an example, I would like to create a puppet with a set of auto swap arms AND triggers for specialty arms (like arms crossed or hands clasped together with interlocked fingers).

Each work fine when done individualy. Can they work in the same puppet? How?
