Auto Swap not body tracking

So I'm using Auto-swap for the first time and it works fine with dragger, but not at all with body tracking or the motion linbrary. The arms just sit there until I drag them. Is this normal? Are the two just not meant to play with each other?

If it does not work, turn off auto-swap and try to see if the body tracker itself works.

When I turn off Auto-swap, the upper arms and elbows move, but the wrists stay pinned, like there's something wrong with the follower tag.
