Back hair (behind body) falls off from head & body floats around

Question

I'm working on a girl puppet with a lot of hair layers,

I uploaded it on Google Drive, I want some help.

The problem I am having is:

1. First when I was working on this puppet,

I had her body stabled, working properly, while her head moving to side.

But now, I cant figure out why the body is floating while head moving to side.

2. The back hair, which corresponds to the "Back Hair Group", is falling out of the head.

I want to move the ends of my hair softly, so I made it independent.

Then it will come off the head.

I saw Rin, Sebastian, and Chloe in every corner of the reference puppet, but I can’t figure out what is happening.

只今、再び違うパペットを作成中なのですが、

今回のパペットは、髪の毛のレイヤーがたくさんあるので、

髪の毛先や胸がふわりと動くような女の子を作っています。

今回作成中の女の子のパペットは以下のグーグルドライブにあるので、

確認していただけたら幸いです。

今回のトラブルは、

今まで、体が固定した状態で頭を動かしても、

ちゃんと頭だけが動いていたのに、

1.なぜか頭を動かすと体まで一緒に浮き上がってしまうようになった。

2.「Back Hair Group」のグループにあたる後髪が頭からはずれた状態になっているので、

毛先をふわり動かしたいので、独立にしてあるのですが、

そうすると頭部からはずれてしまう。

の２点です。

参考パペットにリン、セバスチャン、クロエを隅々まで見たのですが、全然わかりません。
