OK, so I have been trying to use character animator. I am using a puppet from the puppet maker. It does not matter what puppet I use from the maker they all keep their default backgrounds. I have generated them with transparent and bam I get this background that I didn't ask for and I cannot get rid of. I cannot even if I export in a different background because it will not go transparent.

I pay every month for this junk are you serious!!!

I have never used "puppet maker" myself, so no advice on that one. Can you share a screenshot of the rigging hierarchy it created? If it is putting a background layer into the puppet and you don't want it, have you tried hiding or deleting that layer in the puppet? I would start from the "rigging" panel and expand out the hiearchy there. You can select a layer and delete it in CH, but that will only delete CH's knowledge of it. As soon as you make a change to the AI/PSD file, CH will reimport it  and add the layer back again to the puppet (it thinks you just added it in again), so you need to delete it in Illustrator/Photoshop to make it go away permanently. But I am just guessing here as I don't know anything about puppet maker myself.
