Baker movement in layers

Hi

I try to make my own character with Baker puppet layers. I love the way the layers are moving creating life. I imported the pds file in photoshop and just changed one leg to make a test with my drawing. But when I reimport in Character animation noting moves. Even though I rigged again the leg of course. Any idea?
