Body follows head turns

I made two puppets. One of those two is acting really weird. I made different head turns, added the Head Turner behavior etc.

When I make the puppet his head turn with my webcam, the body follows these movements. The arms act normal but the rest of the body is just following the head turns... Does anyone know how to fix this?

    The "Turned Triggered" is the head? Try making it independent (crowned).
