Body not moving with head (and there's no + on Head or Body groups)

Hi there,

I'm new to Character Animator, and can't get my character's Body to move with his Head (not alone in this I see).

I used Chloe as an example for setting up layer independence in Illustrator & it all seems to match. I've gone through anything I can find in terms of Help, New Feature & Getting Started videos but I can't fix it.

(BTW, the body was moving when I first placed the character into my New project, but then I hid the Body Group in Illustrator so I could focus on the Head, but the Body's still not moving now I've made it visible again.)

On another note, I'm having trouble attaching my arms to the body as well.
