Camera Input for Face / Lip Sync

Hi,

I have my Lip Sync computed from scene audio. I now want to use camera input for the face to capture movement, eyebrows, etc. However, muy facial movements now impact the lip sync. Is there a way to record face movements without impacting the lip sync that's already in place?
