Hello,

Can you check followings?

Q1) Does Windows Camera app can see your camera?

Q2) Is there any other app which might hold the camera running at same time?

Q3) What is the error message when you click the camera icon in Camera & Microphone panel in Character Animator?

Q4) Can you give the cemara info, if Q1 is Yes?

Thank you for answer, windows dont see my camera, i ordered new outside camera, so, i will start work whit new one
