Camera stops tracking

When I start a scene the camera tracks my movements for a few seconds and then stops. The camera is still available it just won't control my puppet.

Q1: What is OS and Character Animator version on the device you see this?
Q2: Did you still see red dots in Camera & Microphone panel when tracking stopped?
Q3: What are manufacture/type of the Camera you use?
