Hello,

Does anyone know how can I export from Character animator in .mov with background transparency?

If you queue the export to AME, you should be able to adjust the options for exporting with an alpha channel and it should work. Note that this thread is a little older. When I tried it just now, instead of "32-bit" in the combo box, it has an "8 bpc + alpha" option (a more explicit description of what the option means).

How to render Alpha + RGB in Adobe Media Encoder?
