In my story, he's a talk show host. What's the best way to get that suit on him?
Is there any simpler way to put some suit on it?

I'm not sure if this puppet was made in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, but in either case, you'll need to break the suit into layers so that the arms move independently of the torso. Possibly, you could remove the suit arms and change the puppet's arm color to match. Then it's just a case of laying the suit and tie on top of the torso. It's probably not as easy as you're hoping for, but it's well within the capabilities of the average digital artist.
