Can't download any puppet!

Hello, is anybody having troubles downloading puppets?

 

Im starting a new puppet and I wanted to use the "Blank" puppet from https://assets.adobe.com/public/eef57917-773f-4912-5f17-9629a600c27b

 

However everytime I try to download it, it just says "there is an error, your download is not available", and tried to conact adobe on chat but they're closed right now, anyone knows how to solve this? or anyone have the blank puppet they can upload or share somehow?

    Strange, it’s working fine for me. Try opening that link in an incognito/private window, or in a different browser. Does that help?
