Can't find the walk cycle animator

Hey! So I am trying to follow this tutorial: https://youtu.be/JOHZlW2e_Ro on animator moving background. However I am struggling a little bit because I cannot find the walk cycle behaviour. (Apparently, in Portuguese, it is called "andar" and i can't manage to find it). 

It says to give the image the hip function and then give it the walk behaviour but i simply don't see it.
