Can you create a White outline around a puppet?

Does anyone know a way to create a white outline around your whole puppet?
So it kind of looks like a sticker?
If I try and create an outline around the head/body/legs/arms etc they intersect, I knid of want it around the whole puppet.
Is it possible?

I think that's difficult with Adobe CharacterAnimator.
Faster to do in Adobe AfterEffects.

Load the Ch scene into the Ae composition.
Ae top menu
Layer > Layer Style > Border
