Cannot correctly open a .puppet file correctly in Photoshop from Character Animator.

When I choose to  "Edit Original" a .puppet file in CH, the file that opens in PS as a single layer and not multiple editable layers.

The .puppet file was purchased from graphicsmama.com and works great in CH but I would like to edit the hands to add more trigger animations and more variety for expressions.
