Cannot switch from rear camera to front camera?

I am using adobe character animator cc 2019 and the camera is only showing the rear camera pls help. I have a surface pro 5

In the Camera & Microphone panel, click the menu to the right of the panel name (3 horizontal lines).  You should see all available cameras listed there if you are running the latest version.  Please report back and let me know if that resolves the issue.
