cant move my character :( only head or everything

hi there, when i want to move my character with Webcam there is a Problem.

I turn my head but the whole character is rotating

When i press the crown to indepent the head only the head is rotating but Body stays completly.

Hope you guys can help me!

Legend

The only group that should be independent is the +Character top group.

Then you should add fixed handles to the Body group near the feet to pin them down.
