Cant see the animation - screen distortion

I could open the program a couple of times on a 'start' screen pr somewhere... but when it comes to the animating part (once tried to use a template puppet, and the other tried to create one through capture) there is always this screen with distortions and nothing else((

I tried to reinstall the software several times and this happens over and over.

My computer has Windows10... I really dont know what might be the problem

Help pls)
