CH does not open a recent project

Hi, everyone! I was working on something on CH this morning. I quit the app normally and went for lunch. But when I came back, CH does not open the project anymore. All I got was the error message that I attached below.  I'm using CH 4.0. Could someone tell me what to do? Thank you!
