CH Export

Greetings Everyone,
I have a problem like this;
When I export my character, which moves smoothly in Character Animator, as an alpha channel, it gives an error.

Media encoder is up to date by the way,

To overcome this, I did the following and it didn't work:
- I deleted the character from CH, imported it again and rigged it again,
-I updated the media encoder
