Change puppet color in ps does not sync with Cahracter animator

I have changed the color of the skin of my puppet in photoshop, I saved it but the changes are not synch with Character animator. When I change the head shape for example, I can see the changes on character animator, but not the color! Any Idea ? Thanks 🙂

I see that you are using a color overlay instead of simply changing the color in the BG layer. That is most likely the source of your problem.

Is your puppet the same as Nicolas? CH does not process layer effects in the same way that PS does.
