Change the thumbnail button size in the control's panel?

Hi all,

I was wondering if it's possible to change the button size  in the controls panel? The ones with the thumbnails in it.

I find the button's very small. I want to put some text in the thumbnails for a quick view at what the trigger does, but it's very hard to read now.
