Character Animator aif/opengl error -- graphics card driver may need updating

I work on the integrated video card from Intel.
Faced such a problem.
ADOBE Character throws an error (outdated video driver).

Also, I noticed that the window with visual triggers is not displayed.

Also, the error appeared only when I was working with Photoshop .psd (I updated the puppet and synchronized with ADOBE Charater)

I want to add detailed information.

The program works correctly until I start working with a .psd puppet. After synchronization, visual triggers are not loaded and this error pops up. When you click OK, an error may appear a couple of times, but then everything loads and works

nothing helped to solve the problem other than buying a video card embedded video into the processor (even the most modern intel i9 9900k) throws an error
