Character Animator animation into Adobe Animate

Is there a way of putting in the animation from Adobe Character Animator into Adobe Animate to work on it further?

I know they are essentially two completely different programs, but is it possible to maybe even put the animation in frame by frame (which even sounds tedious for like 1000 frames) or is there some other method.

      I think the most likely path is to export a movie or png file sequence. I dont know what formats Animate supports however.
