Character Animator (beta) won’t load

I downloaded and installed Character Animator (beta) today. When I try to run it, the splash screen comes up for a second, but then it crashes and give the error "!m_devices.empty()". What do I need to do to fix this?

Can you provide the name/model of the graphics card you are using?

Sorry, this looks like a problem with our new GPU support conflicting with your hardware configuration. If you’re willing, we'd love to see your system profile (either posted here or DMed to me). We hope to fix this soon, but in the meantime, you can uninstall the 23.1 beta and install 23.0 instead (use Creative Cloud desktop app's dot-dot-dot menu next to the app name and choose Other Versions to see 23.0)
