Character Animator Files Look Like Old TV - Not Rendering

I have a feeling that I may have messed up the Character Animator file system. I built a puppet in Illustrator and did a whole video with it, but ever since I reorganized my Mac, all of my CA files including samples (Freda) do not work. The image below is what I see. It even happens with the old scenes I had previously created.
