Character Animator- How to

Hi, I have animated the face of a compass and want to make the compass needle/hand move and spin. Can anyone advise on how to rig it? Everything else in puppet is ok.

    If you just want the animation to play, then you can create the animation and then use the Cycle Layers behavior on the group to animate it in Character Animator.
