Character Animator - lip sync problem

Hi! I'm having a real-time face tracking issue with my camera (Logitech). It's only recognizing the three main mouth shapes (visemes), and none of the others. I know the mouth shapes are correctly tagged because I copied them directly from the Chad puppet in Character Animator. What can I do?

Character Animator can only recognize 3 basic mouth shapes visually: Neutral, Smile and Surprised (the "O" shape of the mouth). The rest of the animation is in response to audio input. You can either speak directly into a microphone or use a prerecorded audio track using the Timeline>Compute Lip Sync Take from Scene Audio option.

When you speak, are you seeing anything in the green bar below your face in the camera window? If so, everything is working correctly. If not, let's try and troubleshoot your audio connection.

Thank you very much for your quick response. Yes, I see a green bar below my face in the camera window. I tried the the Timeline>Compute Lip Sync Take from Scene Audio option and the mouth worked perfectly.

I bought a Solocast microphone, maybe isn´t well connected?
