Character Animator Not Loading

I click on the 'open' in the Creative Cloud Desktop under Character Animator, and it should load, right? Wrong! It doesn't do anything. I am given no error mesdsages, no nothing. I click it and nothing happens. Can anyone help with this issue?

Have you tried creating a shortcut to the app on your desktop? What happens then?

i only see the option to launch on the creative cloud app

The same thing happens for me.

I've had to just get into the habit of opening the app as an administrator.
