Character Animator project is getting stuck in Media Encoder

Question

My student has exported his character animator into Media encoder.  He pressed the green arrow button to start the encoding process and it just gets stuck.  The encoding process seems to start but there's no progress.  After an hour or so, he just has to give up.  Any ideas?

What is the Character Animator (CH) and Media Encoder (AME) version?

What is OS version?

What was the format he tried to render from AME?

Does this happen with any CH scene?

If not, can you share the CH project including the scene which caused this problem?
