Character animator scenes not scaling or moving

Hi! After I drag my CA scenes into PP, they'll respond to opacity changes but they won't scale or move, wether I render them out or not.

    Hi, I have had problems with Dynamic Linking.... but if you export the movie out as an mp3 it should import and work just like any other video in Premiere Pro and you should be able to scale it using x and y Position in the Effect Controls panel.
