Character Animator Starter Mode not showing Live Output

Question

Hi Friends,

Need help why my Character Animator does not show Live Output, can't configure to do performer mode and can't click the stream mode on the workspace.

I am running the newest version 22.5 and have used it before with a 7 day trial more than 1 year before.

I installed both the character animator and and the creative cloud and used several different emails so I can get the free 7 day trial but it does not give it anymore.

Starter Mode is a free version that didn't exist last year; this isn't a trial version of Pro Mode, anyone can use it. To switch from Starter to Pro mode, the top of the interface has a button that says "Starter." Clicking this will give you the option to switch modes.
