Character animator stuck on intro screen.

Hello everybody.

I ve just re-installed Character animator CC and it keeps getting stuck on the startup / intro screen mostly when one of the skybox plugins are loading. I am on windows 10, 64 bit machine with 32 GB ram and a Geforce gtx 960 card.

Is there a way to troubleshoot this? maybe bypass or disable these plugins. Please help me out. Thanks.

Hi Umerz,

Try removing these outdated Skybox plug-ins. Is it working now?

Do you still need help with this?

I would restart the computer and see if that helps.

Can you tell us which version of Character Animator are you using? Is it version 1.1.1? [You can go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features to check that]
