Character Animator v3.2

Question

Hi, I'm a little confused as to why I'm unable to install version 3.2. I'm trying to work on a project that involves animating a rig built in Illustrator (which I have the most recent version of) however I can't seem to do so. The rig appears in the 'rig' section but not the 'record', which is odd.

I'm in the UK, I have no idea if this could be the reason I cannot update? I'm also not sure if it's the fact that I don't have 3.2 for me not being able to correctly open the illustrator rig?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Could you explain in a bit more detail or include screenshots or similar? In rig mode you should see the artwork hierarchy. In record mode you should have a timeline with behaviors when you record then - you don't see the puppet hierarchy any more. So I am not quite following what you expect to see...
