Question

Character Animator V4 update

I seem to be encountering difficulties when trying to download and install version 4 of Character Animator.  It downolads but then when I try to open the software it crashes.  I have tried to uninstall and install the programe numerous times, but the same thing happens over and over .  Any advice would be gladly accepted

These are our recommended specs: https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-character-animator/user-guide.html/adobe-character-animator/system-requirements.ug.html. Does your system meet these minimum specs? That's usually the reason behind crashes. Did this happen with previous versions?

Thanks!  These will be useful.  It weas my first attempt at installing the software and there were no previous versions.
