Character animator won't launch on macOS Big Sur

Hello, 
I cannot launch Character Animator. It always fails and says "Sorry, an error occurred". No detail specified. 
I tried restarting my computer, uninstalling Character Animator and instaling again. 

My computer is up to date, so is Adobe Creative cloud. Other programs are working fine.  

Could anybody please help me with that?
