Character Cooker and the puppet of the black guy in the suit

I'm trying to locate these two items: The black guy in the suit that used to be part of the free puppets when Adobe started up and the Character Cooker to make a guy in a suit. Does anyone have the suit puppet or the Character Cooker? Or can tell me where to find them?
