Character Creator Licensing Issue ENTERPRISE

Hello!

We are having the Character Animator Licensing issue under an enterprise account.  So, we don't have an Adobe Id to sign in and out of as suggested in another post. Even when I sign in with my "personal" one under the Enterprise computer (i also subscribe to the monthly CC suite for my home business so I thought I'd try) it doesn't work.  Any ideas?  We are a large company and none of our IT pros have the answers so they wanted me to ask you directly. We get the error upon launch of character animator that there's no After Effects license when there is.  Please give any help that you can - I have six pending commercial spots to do that I need to use this for.

Thanks!

First: what version of Character Animator are you using? (It shows in the menu bar) If it's not Beta 5, update to the latest using the Creative Cloud installer. If you're already on the latest, you may need to have your enterprise admin do the sign out/in thing before creating a new packaged license. Or something like that, I don't know the actual terms, sorry!

BTW, Adobe is closed for the holidays until January 3rd, so response times from Adobe folks will be longer than usual.
